All construction, modifications, additions or alterations of Improvements on or to the Property should be submitted to PSAM for DRB approval prior to commencement of the project.

The DRB would like to establish an area to include homeowner feedback on contractors and materials used in their projects. Our hope is to provide information that each homeowner can reference when considering their future projects. This feedback can be in the form of comment, pictures, contact information and website addresses.
